We need to significantly enhance the ability for our Products to carry out Independent verification testing before changes are staged and activated in production. This verification cannot be reliably and repeated done with synthetic data and we need to be able to use Business data , suitably Protected and controlled, in support of this verification. This role will lead a team of engineers who will ensure that the DevOps teams in each CCB Product can reliably and repeatedly materialize the content needed to support Product Aligned verification spaces for each of our products and this would involve:
* Working with Governance and CTC to ensure we have a Controls environment that will allow Business Data , created in Production, to be used in support of change verification
* To work with the Runtime Engineering teams to create the tools and processes that allow us to Tear down and Recreate these supporting Data environments for each Product. It is expected that the teams will heavily leverage GAIA and Public Cloud Toolkits to achieve these goals, for their DevOps Customers
* Create a mechanism to ensure we can have a reasonably coherent cross product data sets available on a regular basis and exposing these through a set of Database API’s to our DevOps teams
* Work with Testing teams to see this supported for an increasing set of external API, PVA and Channel testing capabilities
The Role is requires senior leadership who will need to be able to operate across various GT providers, Engineering and DevOps teams as well as work with the Controls organization, Audit and regulators
