You’ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists that are dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, and testing that goes into creating high quality software and new products. Understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. The successful candidate will work in an Agile environment writing user stories, developing code, and performing quality assurance testing of peer’s code changes. Development of automated test plans and scripts may be required based upon specific business requirements.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
* Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
* Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
* Passionate about building an innovative culture
* Proficiency with JAVA, KAFKA, Micro Services, and building APIs
* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
* Java development experience is essential. Other technologies Gaia, Kubernetes, Cloud Computing is s plus
