In the Enterprise Toolchain team we believe that you get what you measure, as a result we process over 600k events/day from our SDLC which drives our analytics, proactive pipeline management, and compliance functions. This touches all of the developers in the firm as we use this data to improve productivity and modernize software engineering. Kubernetes, AWS, Java, React and Kafka are our software stack, and we need a modern engineering leader to help the ingestion team scale to taking in data from every application that software interacts with, in a resilient, scalable way.
The Engineering L eader for the JET Evidence Service team will continue to build a large scale data store for the SDLC converging many legacy systems into a flexible, cloud scale platform that is easily extensible by our end users.
5+ years of engineering management
10+ years of Java or other OO development
Track record of taking applications from design to delivery and coordinate across multiple teams to delvier end user value
Track record of coaching a team to iteratively improve team performance
Achievment with new product introduction at scale and enablement activities
Proven experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Java, React and Kafka
