We are looking for an Engineer to join a team focused on the daily operational support, administration, maintenance, and enhancements of third-party applications used throughout engineering. This position requires customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and the ability to work both alone and as part of a team. Quality assurance experience and/or experience administering Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
• Provide administration and support for vendor applications.
• Applications include those used for Agile/Scrum practices, Issue Tracking, Application Lifecycle management, and document repository.
• Work with product teams and vendors to troubleshoot technical problems or bugs within the applications.
• Analyze and document user interaction with various tool sets to build out and execute test cases ensuring high quality deployment of changes.
• Communicate and coordinate application installation, upgrades, and resolution of issues with end-users.
