The Data and AI Engineering Team is responsible for assessing emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms, potential partnerships and building digital products – that could transform the way we, and our clients, do business. Our team consists of project managers, product managers, designers, developers and business representatives. Who are we hiring?
We are looking for an outstanding multitasker, confident in jumping into a fast paced and dynamic environment to move key initiatives forward. You’ll have a proven track record of 8+ years focused on delivery of a range of business components eg business strategy, corporate communications, program/operational management, stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is adept at operating in ambiguous situations and can create order out of those situations with little direction. This role demands a motivated self-starter who’s able – and wants to – operate in a lean, fast-paced organization that is looking to scale quickly. What you will be working on?
As part of the Data and AI Engineering Team, you will combine your years of proven expertise with a never-ending quest to solve business problems. Within the Program Management Team, our focus is to build and integrate scalable strategies, structures and processes to set us up for success going forward.
You’ll manage program level solutions for a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists who are already developing and deploying applications to the highest standards. With your deep knowledge of the program manager’s role in bringing structure to an ever developing team, including activities such as: embedding squad management, communications strategy, process improvement, business engagement, and performance reporting, the team will raise its game even more.
Your experience will help ensure highly optimized, streamlined and efficient operations across the Data and AI Engineering Team, as part of the creation and roll out of a transformational strategic program. As a constant learner and early adopter, you set extremely high standards for yourself and others, and by embracing innovative methodologies your example encourages and empowers others to follow suit. In addition to creating solutions with your in-house team, you’ll work alongside our team of technologists from around the world who are just as dedicated as you are.
