Duties: Design data Integration solutions using Mulesoft, Java, and Salesforce to fulfill the end user requirements and improve business process. Prepare technical design documents and ensure effective implementation of business requirement. Participate in capacity planning and development of long-term strategic goals. Make recommendations of the integration products and services by carrying out technical research. Collaborate with the integration vendors to identify the features with potential value. Create and demonstrate proof of concepts for the future state of the application. Create Architecture patterns and presentations for the Enterprise architecture review board. Review and analyze the operation of the new applications with the existing system software and applications. Identify and resolve the integration build issues. Follow high-paced agile development framework to support for agility and speed for software deployment. Create development best practices and place controls for adherence. Research and implement monitoring and security for the integration solutions. Work with the developers to create Software release schedule and process. Communicate with the software developers and engineers to address any problem in the design or program. Maintain cross team dependency impact minimizing the impact of integration on various existing processes. Work with the analysts, system designers, and business owners to lead in the integration development lifecycle. Keep track on integration projects and ensure that they meet business requirements and goals. Evaluate the results of the integration projects and preparing reports. This position supervises six (6) Associates.
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), or related field.
Minimum experience required: 5 years of experience in application development, or related experience.
Skills required: Experience designing and developing data integration solutions. Experience coding and configuring in Salesforce. Java application development experience. Experience with message streaming systems, Kafka, UM, or MQ. Experience in relational database modelling and concepts. Experience designing applications in a cloud environment. Demonstrated knowledge of banking and financial services industry including the middle market segment. Demonstrated knowledge in Extract, Transform, and Load Solutions with large databases.
